Tai Chi for Arthritis was created by Dr. Paul Lam of Sydney, Australia. As part of his Tai Chi for Health series.
Exercise is known to benefit most aspects of health and is recognized as an essential part of the management of arthritis. People with arthritis are often deterred from exercising because of pain and stiffness. Tai Chi for Arthritis is a gentle form of exercise that can improve flexibility, stamina, posture, and strengthen muscles, joints and bones. 
Tai chi for Arthritis is a fun short form of Tai Chi that is safe and effective for your own fitness level. Although it is a shorter form it still contains a variety of movements to keep you interested and wanting to continue to practice.
Everyone in our classes is encouraged to train at there own level and to advance when they are ready to do so. We do not compete so, there is no competitive atmosphere.
